Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Davidson, North Carolina
HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS IN MOORESVILLE, NC
AMAZING PAY AND BENEFITS!
A large manufacturing company located in Mooresville; NC are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for immediate hire. These openings are all DIRECT PLACEMENTS and pay will range from $30-$35/hr based on experience.
The hours for these opening will be on a 12hr night shift (7p - 7a) 2 on, 2 off, 3 on - (working every other weekend).
Job Description:
Respond rapidly to all production breakdowns with a strong sense of urgency
Perform tasks to install, maintain and/or repair machinery such as candy forming machines, high speed twist, pillow and roll wrapping machines, vertical and horizontal bagging machines, overwrap packaging machines, confectionary cooking and tempering machines, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors and pick & place packaging equipment.
Interpret blueprints, sketches and other specs
Troubleshoot and repair vacuum, centrifugal, diaphragm, gear and reciprocating pumps
Repair and adjustments of motors, controls, electric tools and other electrical equipment
Basic welding and pipefitting skill * Must supply a quality set of standard and metric size mechanic's tools*
40cent shift differential when they move to the off shift.
Very clean work environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Any certification in electrical and mechanical/associate's degree is a plus!
