Job Number: R0199116 Communication Systems Design and Integration Engineer, Mid Key Role: Play a crucial role in advancing cutting-edge technology for national defense. Work as part of a team that focuses on mission systems integration. Leverage expertise in evaluating new technologies, performing risk assessments, and enhancing the design of aerospace systems. Work on avionics engineering, satellite communications systems, and aircraft integration experimentation. Directly impact the warfighter by ensuring that critical defense tools and technology are at the forefront. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including in the integration of aircraft weapons, communications, or sensor systems Experience with EMS and RF analysis, or digital engineering tools Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, requirements development, and technology transition and insertion planning Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Additional Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including in the integration of aircraft weapons, communications, or sensor systems Experience with 4th or 5th Generation U.S. tactical aircraft Experience with requirements management Knowledge of Earned Value Management Ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated product team Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Possession of excellent organizational skills Master's degree in an Engineering field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
