JF ACQUISITION LLC E-Commerce Account Manager in Dayton, Ohio

The E-Commerce Account Manager will be primarily responsible for strategic account management, including but not limited to order management, pricing management, reporting sales analytics, and prompt customer service resolutions to support dedicated customer online programs. This role will support the E-Commerce Team to continue building an online presence on JFPetroParts.com.

*We are open to considering candidates who may be located closer to one of our Midwest or East Coast branch locations.

Job Duties:

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key ecommerce partners by building interpersonal connections and leading all partnership meetings to deliver objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer e-commerce program & manage day-to-day operations
  • Develop an understanding of customer processes & strategies to enhance sales, efficiency, and customer service
  • Monitor program analytics & maximize ongoing development to identify strategies to achieve sales growth
  • Build customer parts profile & make inventory recommendations to Supply Chain based on usage & customer expectations
  • Create proposals, assist with order entry & troubleshoot to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive operational improvements and objectives across e-commerce platform
  • Strategize with the E-Commerce Team to follow customer category trends & regularly share insights, thoughts, and key findings
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred, or a minimum of 3 years' experience working in Supply Chain/Distribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ecommerce product management.
  • The ability to execute multiple tasks, providing high quality deliverables on, or prior to deadlines.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, strong collaborative, and organization skills.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills; interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft BC experience preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.
