Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources Intern in our Dayton, OH or Denver, CO office for the Summer semester (May/June-August). This internship will be a part-time position working 15-25 hours a week. Responsibilities * Work as part of the integrated Human Resources team with tight connection to the Mergers & Acquisition team * Work collaboratively with HR Leadership to collect data on job descriptions, employment and benefits practices in several different countries around the world * Develop and consolidate data into a global template and compare to benchmark reports on common practices per country Qualifications Don't have all of these? Apply if you think this can be a good fit. * Must be enrolled as a master's student at an accredited college or university * Eagerness to learn at a fast pace and take initiative * Prior experience with Microsoft products, good working knowledge of Excel is required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to function well in a collaborative, virtual team-oriented environment * Self-motivated and good time management skills * Option to work remote or hybrid on-site in Dayton, OH or Denver, CO.
