Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center RN - Registered Nurse - Wellness Educator in Dayton, Ohio

Work Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM.

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 5:30 PM.

What You Will Do:

  • Educate and Empower: Lead educational programs that promote health, prevent disease, and motivate patients across diverse age groups in their journey toward recovery.

  • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective wellness strategies. Your expertise will be key in guiding our nursing staff towards clinical excellence.

  • Innovate and Advocate: Utilize your knowledge and skills to advance our treatment programs, incorporating the latest research and best practices in nursing care.

What We Need from You:

  • Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

  • Valid RN license in Ohio, with CPR certification.

  • At least one year of experience in psychiatric or chemical dependency settings.

  • Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Expertise in managing detoxification assessments and treatments.

  • Excellent public speaking and educational skills.
