Position Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (On-Site) About the Role: The Specialized Security Management - Senior will perform special security activities necessary to enable classified programs to operate securely and meet Program Security Officer, Government Special Security Officer, and classification guidance requirements. Must have the skills necessary to operate secure facilities with little, to no, supervision. Must be capable of independently performing security management and anti-terrorism/force protection support tasks. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence. Maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence. Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records. Perform destruction of classified materials. Process magnetic media for accountability. Reproduction support for classified materials. Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control. Process inbound data and outbound data transfer files. Transfer electronic data files to internal customers. Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing. Research, process, file, and maintain inbound and outbound visit notices. Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs. Prepare and manage facility access control badges. Conduct entry and exit inspections. Maintain facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control. Manage and perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information. Manage and maintain personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element. Prepare, follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures. Manage the customer Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) programs. Review, track, and monitor security
