- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a proven track record of leading successful Agile teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience Required:
- 2-5 years in a product development role, preferred
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree, Preferred.
