Riverside Community Care Receptionist - Part Time in Dedham, Massachusetts

Riverside Community Care is hiring a Receptionist to become part of our amazing team!

As the Receptionist you will:

  • provide a warm reception to visitors at the front desk and provide assistance with their requests

  • answer telephone and direct to individual to the appropriate individual(s) and/or program

  • manage conference room schedules

  • coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing)

  • maintain common areas and kitchen/office supplies as needed

  • perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (22.5 hours per week)

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office

Required Experience

  • High school diploma/G.E.D.

  • One year administrative experience in a business setting
