Our client is currently hiring a Commercial Rebate Analyst to join their team remotely. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Rebate Analyst to join our Commercial Rebates Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of commercial rebates within the Flex RM system, adhering to executed reimbursement agreements and maintaining compliance with contract terms. If you are able to work 20 to 40 hours per week based on business needs then for this position today!

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Rebate Analyst, Job duties include:
Perform calculations and generate timely payments of commercial rebates in accordance with executed reimbursement agreements.
Ensure accuracy in rebate calculations and payment processing, maintaining compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Verify contract compliance and maintain master data and contract information within the system.
Ensure all rebate-related data and processes adhere to established controls and standards.
Analyze invoice and payment data to identify and explain payment differences, facilitating compliance reviews and contract performance assessments.
Provide performance reports to account management teams, highlighting any concerns such as unexplained variances or potential disputes over contract language or discount calculations.
Exercise good judgment within defined practices and procedures, contributing to group discussions on issues and solutions.
Facilitate process improvements and initiatives, documenting associated changes and maintaining clear documentation.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in commercial rebate processing or related financial analysis role preferred.
Proficiency in utilizing Flex RM system or similar rebate management software is advantageous.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
