Here's what you'll do when you join us:

• Lead the organization and implementation of campus programs and activities while evaluating performance
• Assist department leaders in the execution of performance evaluations for their team members. Ensure all policies and procedures are being met by department leaders while promoting cross-functional teamwork
• Serve as the campus representative with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers
• Inspect the campus on a routine basis to guarantee policies/procedures are followed and Trilogy Service Standards are met
• Participate in campus surveys/inspections made by authorized governmental agencies. Develop plans for correction based on notes during the inspection and provide copies to the Home Office and government agency
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to achieve campus programs and services
• Prepare the annual operating budget for the campus, monitor the performance of the facility in relation to budget, and intervene as needed

[Qualifications:]{.underline}

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Active LNHA in state of operation
• Prior experience in Long Term Care industry
• Compassion and a positive, outgoing personality
• Strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills
