Our Content Marketing Specialist, Events & Corporate Communications is responsible for content planning and execution for AORN events, including our annual conference and trade shows. The individual will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Additionally, the individual plays a pivotal role in supporting corporate communications and other enterprise campaigns.

AORN is based in Denver, CO. Our Content Marketing Specialist, Events & Corporate Communications will work remotely.

More about what you'll get to do as our Content Marketing Specialist, Events & Corporate Communications: Produce blog content, email marketing messages, presentation content, and web copy. Contribute to social media postings and management of social media content calendar. Work with product marketing managers to create digital and print campaigns to drive conference attendance. Work with the digital marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement with content. Work with graphic designers to create and review marketing materials. Utilize video editing capabilities to enhance the visual appeal of content across various platforms. Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools. Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our events' core benefits properly and consistently. Play a key role in supporting corporate communication campaigns and enterprise initiatives, contributing to overall organizational goals.

Must Have's to be our Content Marketing Specialist, Events & Corporate Communications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree. 3 - 4 years of event marketing experience including content marketing and/or relevant copywriting experience (web, email, social media, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Web Content Management Systems and Marketo. Experience with video editing. Experience with supporting communication campaigns.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities. Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity. Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
