The work we do here matters.Department OverviewThe Global Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all strategic marketing and product marketing programs across the globe to drive product awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all global product marketing strategy for the fixed video and access control portfolio, develops messaging and go to market strategy for the VS&A business, creates and drives marketing programs and campaigns aimed to generate leads and build brand awareness among target audiences, including system integrators, end-users and consultants. The Global VS&A Marketing team oversees all aspects of elevating and driving growth for our video brands as a part of the broader Motorola Solutions ecosystem.Job Description We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Specialist to plan and execute events, roadshows, trade shows and experiences to support strategic sales objectives and brand presence and exposure across the industries and customers we serve.

This candidate will have strong customer experience skills and will understand how to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. They will be collaborative and have a strong attention to detail.

The Event Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Support the North America 10x10 Trade Show program including managing the events calendar, booth space booking, ordering show services, and coordinating branded and promotional materials

Plan and execute regional roadshow events in collaboration with the sales team, including venue, catering, and AV booking

Manage allocated event and giveaways budget, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner and that all expenses are tracked and funds are fully spent

Use HubSpot to create landing and registration pages and upload leads from events

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of all events, including ROI and report performance metrics

Create Salesforce campaigns to track event ROI

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

1+ years of experience in an event planning or customer experience role

A self-starter with a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team

Excellent project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

High level of initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience managing budgets

Comfortable interacting with different levels of management, cross-functional, and global teams

Proficiency with Google Workspace

The base salary range for this role is $55,000-60,000 USD per year.
