Legal Assistant

Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain Law firm, is seeking a 5 plus years experienced commercial litigation legal secretary to support partners and associates in their dynamic and busy commercial litigation practice. The legal assistant should have 5 plus years of corporate commercial litigation experience at a law firm. Experience in Tax controversy or Tax litigation is a huge plus! The firm offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote from home. This position requires a strong attention to detail and Office Suite Skills. The firm offers excellent pay and benefits, including paid parking. Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Experience with LexisNexis

• Familiarity with Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to handle Billing Functions

• Experience in Briefing and Calendar Management

• Proficiency in Complaint Handling and Documentation

• Broad knowledge in Civil Litigation and Civil Rights Litigation

• Experience in Commercial Litigation and Complex Business Litigation

• Familiarity with Complex Commercial Litigation and Complex Litigation

• Experience in Defense Litigation and Employment Litigation

• Knowledge of Insurance Defense Litigation

• Previous Civil Litigation Experience

• Familiarity with Legal Services and Legal Assistant duties.
