About the role
As an Earned/Owned Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the Earned/Owned Media plans for our Prestige Beauty Brands (EL & LM) in the Netherlands & in Belgium. Working closely with the digital and brand teams, you will develop and implement Influencer Marketing, Seedings, Events, and Content Creation plans to drive brand awareness and engagement. As an Earned/Owned Media Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
Create and manage the advocacy brand calendar on Influencer marketing, seedings & eventing
Contribute to developing the strategic frame for brand love, focused on organic content and always-on visibility
Coordinate brand events, Influencer programs, brand purpose activations and on-trend seedings
Strengthen the brand position in advocacy by identifying the right Influencer profiles to connect to our brands
Build a strong network of Influencer relations in the Netherlands & in Belgium with key profiles & rising talents that fit our brands
Look for the latest trends and keep innovating to secure our leading position in beauty
Contribute to the growth on brand love metrics including EMV, SOV, Engagement,… by tracking & reviewing performance to further optimize our strategy
Review and localize assets for social/digital platforms
Spread Earned Media expertise and contribute to capability building within the affiliate

Qualifications
Qualifications
3 years of experience in Influencer marketing and digital PR, preferably with a background in PR and/or Influencer Marketing agencies
Strong network of beauty influencers in the Netherlands & Belgium is a must-have
Deep understanding of the latest social media beauty trends, as well as proficiency in working with social media platforms and tools, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to drive and manage projects effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Creative mindset and a passion for achieving objectives and goals
Equipped with analytics and reporting skills, adept at transforming data into actionable insights to optimize Earned Media strategies
Basic knowledge of Paid Media strategies and how they complement Earned Media
Experience in managing budgets for Influencer Marketing campaigns
Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage influencer contracts and partnerships
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly when working with influencers
Fluent in Dutch and English
