Description and Requirements

Work with MX channel sales team reviewing channel program with channel sales leader and communicate it to business partners.

  • Train and support channel program, promotion, and incentives.

  • Open programs and promotions in Lenovo’s tool according to defined budget approved by CFO and 4P (product / price / place / promotion)

  • Channel Program budget control.

  • Channel Incentive campaigns control.

  • BP’s quota performance analysis against channel program rules (quota vs actual);

  • Weekly promotion report.

  • QBR with channels

  • Channel quota suggestion (quarterly)

  • Input to Finance & Incentives teams on accruals on promotions, program & rebates.

  • Follow payment process and payments reports.

  • Support Distributor / reseller in claim process for payments.

  • Support projects deployment.

  • Work proactively to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in channel development at the Infrastructure Solution IT industry (mandatory)

  • Strong experience in integration of IT solutions

  • Strong communications skills
