The role
What will you be doing?
Senior Finance Business Partner
12-month FTC
Hybrid – Dorking 2 days per week, occasional travel to Basingstoke
Unum UK are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 12- month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key areas of the business by providing in depth financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision making.
The role with primarily involve effectively partnering with the Operations and Change team, assessing business cases for strategic initiatives and ensuring commercial viability and alignment with the organisation’s goals.
You will assist in developing budgets and forecasts, clearly communicating expense drivers, risks, and opportunities. You’ll foster effective working relationships with key stakeholders, proactively challenging and supporting the business to optimize cost management.
What will you bring?
What you will need to be successful:
Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with substantial experience in a business partnering role.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Analytical capabilities, applicable to a broad range of commercial issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills
