Description:

Under the responsibility of the team leader - Corporate Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for treating Bell Mobility accounts and for collecting outstanding invoices. You will work

in collaboration with your Corporate Accounts receivable team as well as both the Corporate Client Care teams and Sales groups at Bell Mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Show initiative and rapid decision-making skills in order to negotiate payment arrangements with our Corporate clients

  • Address the needs of our clients “ Accounts Payable” to facilitate their prompt payment of any outstanding amounts

  • Compile and distribute reports on high risk accounts

  • Prepare reconciliations for Corporate accounts as required

  • Propose processes which align with our win-win concept

  • Establish and maintain harmonious and professional contacts with Account Executives and

  • Corporate Client Care representatives

  • Facilitate quick resolution of client disputes in order to get paid

Essential Skills:

  • 1 year experience in a call center (experience in Accounts receivable would be an asset)

  • Quickly adapt to situations, in particular during contacts with clients

  • Strong decision-making abilities

  • Basic level experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrate strong client care awareness

  • Proven written and oral communication skills in both English and French

  • Bilingualism required:(Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position)

  • Maintain an excellent quality and attain all objectives

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Dynamic, motivated, autonomous, flexible and creative

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines

  • Good interpersonal skills, candidate must have a strong sense of team work

  • Excellent attendance record

Working Conditions:

  • This position offers 37.5 hours per week

  • The requested availability is Monday - Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm and according to the business needs to meet the objectives of the team or of the department

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
