As we embark on the Transformation of our Operating systems across the entire organizational value stream it is critical to Lead the various initiatives in a both a strategic and coordinated manner to ensure, as a collective, we evaluate, prioritize and successfully integrate into the business to achieve our “North Star” vision.

The successful candidate must be a proven leader in a strategic position who has delivered on major organization IT/Digital Integration initiatives with a comprehensive background in AI to optimize business capabilities.

The ability to operate effectively at a Senior Level with excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain consensus is essential for this role.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integrated digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify key areas for digital integration and propose prioritized initiatives to drive maximum business value.

  • Lead the integration of PLM, ERP, MES, and CRM ecosystems to enable seamless data flow and collaboration across departments. Ensure interoperability between systems and alignment with business processes to optimize operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience.

  • Champion a culture of digital innovation and facilitate organizational change by fostering a collaborative and adaptive environment. Provide leadership, guidance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the PLM, ERP, MES and CRM ecosystems with broader digital transformation efforts. Communicate the vision for digital transformation, gain buy-in, and align efforts towards common objectives.

  • Establish robust data governance frameworks and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data assets across the PLM, ERP, MES and CRM ecosystems. Implement data management practices to effectively capture, store, analyze, and share data to support strategic decision-making and business optimization including the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes that drive business value, optimize operations, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of integration initiatives. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization, process improvement, and business growth. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the impact of integration efforts on organizational performance.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (15 years) leading digital transformation and system integration initiatives within complex organizations, with a focus on PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, and data analytics systems.

  • Good knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, and data analytics systems, functionality, and integration capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and data management practices.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • You have a proven ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set business goals and deliver on plans.

  • You are bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
