Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Automotive Accounting Clerk in Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Job Summary: The Automotive Accounting Clerk at Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge Chrysler Jeep is responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks within the dealership. This individual will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and will be a key player in maintaining the financial integrity of the dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position within the automotive industry located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $17 per hour, paid weekly. Day-to-day responsibilities may include: * Analyze general ledger accounts and schedules. * Prepare and post journal entries. * Assist the Controller with preparation of monthly financial statements. * Prepare various reports in Excel and Word. * Bill new, used and wholesale vehicle deals. * Calculate gross profit or loss. * Post accounting entries * Post internal service repair orders and parts invoices on a daily balance. * Process and manage Accounts Receivable. * Make collection calls. * Prepare daily bank deposit. * Process warranty payments. * Cut checks to various banks, customers, and warranty companies. * Help Title department and accounts payable as needed.
