What is the Job all about?

A person that focuses on driving sales excellence internally and externally with in Grundfos and our distribution network. Training and developing a market leading sales force through, Product knowledge, Application knowledge. Teach Grundfos employees and our customers sale steams on how to sell a premium product and digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Apply subject matter knowledge and demonstrate technical/business insight. Work within unit and across functional areas with supervision.

  • Technical backup for local or regional front offices.

  • Technical support to project sales and customer interactions, events etc.

  • Add technical know-how to selling solutions, services and add extra customer value to the local business.

  • Support in developing new local solutions through product understanding, local context, and customer needs.

  • Support in producing local content to the product and application knowledge hub.

  • Act as Train the Trainer locally and contribute to growing the global application capability.

  • Participate in subject matter expert networks or regional master minds network.

  • Local collaboration with sales, services, and external partners.

  • Bring application knowledge into regional or local product development or other development activities etc.

Your background:

  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience

  • Some degree of Knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in customer development, services, or technical Project managements

  • Possess a level of technical understand of digital portfolio in water application.

  • At least 2 years of related experience is required for this role.
