About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Marketing Manager Rooms & Spa to join the team of Madinat Jumeirah Resort.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide full support to the Marketing Manager to deliver all rooms and spa campaigns and projects for Madinat Jumeirah.

  • Plan and launch advertising campaigns for local and international markets.

  • Develop strong marketing briefs for creative team, advertising agencies and partners.

  • Monitor campaign performance with agencies and proactively suggest ways to optimise.

  • Track and report campaign and offer performance.

  • Review and proof marketing content and production samples.

  • Manage CMS, ensuring Jumeirah.com content is accurate and on brand

  • Train Marketing Executive on how to use CMS & CRM systems

  • Ensure the website content for the hotel is fully updated, in line with the standards established for website content.

  • Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximise the value of the Jumeirah hotels.

  • Ensure that Public Relations and Communications teams are involved in marketing campaigns, where applicable, to maximise audience and reach.

  • Improve ROI for all Rooms Marketing activities and establish campaigns KPIs for success.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent is essential.

  • Min 2 – 4 years marketing experience with luxury or hospitality brands

  • Strong communication skills across variety of platforms and on all levels.

  • Market research capabilities for competitor reviews.

  • Strong attention to detail and the production of high-quality work.

  • Outstanding English skills (written and verbal) proficiency in other languages is appreciated.
