Job Description

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of regulatory risk reporting? Join our team as a Financial Risk Reporting Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial risk reports to various regulatory bodies across Europe, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

  2. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates to reporting processes and procedures.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyse information, and resolve issues related to financial risk reporting.

  4. Conduct in-depth reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies, errors, and areas for improvement, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and compliance.

  6. Provide guidance and training to junior team members on financial risk reporting requirements and best practices.

  7. Participate in regulatory audits and examinations, assisting in the preparation of documentation and responses to inquiries.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory / risk reporting within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements.

  3. Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting tools. Experience with regulatory reporting software is preferred.

  4. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  7. A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus and a willingness to take initiative.
