We are looking for an RFP Manager at Eightfold. As the RFP Manager, you will be responsible for a team that effectively articulates the value of the world's first Talent Intelligence platform. You will work closely with our world-class sales team to win prestigious logos globally by leading a team that write winning proposals. This is a great opportunity to work on an AI SaaS product at a globally recognised tech startup.

Team Responsibilities:

• Writing high-quality and winning responses for RFP/RFIs

• Creating and managing a full project schedule for on-time delivery of RFX, technical functional and non-functional RFP response

• Understanding client pain points and challenges to articulate product solutions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop persuasive proposal content

• Assisting with the supplier/vendor onboarding process

• Managing bids (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and developing the corporate standard for RFP responses

• Coordinating with the account executive for timely submission of the RFP

• Maintaining RFP database and proposal library

Primary Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience of managing a team delivering RFP/sales bid responses and 4 years of related technical writing experience or pre-sales experience

• Software Enterprises industry and/or IT knowledge required

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and business communication skills

• Independent learner and self-starter

• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Experience in the SaaS Product industry preferred

• Up to 4 to 6 years of proposal or professional writing experience with web applications

• Strong English communication skills
