The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our clients' equipment and systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and systems at customer sites in Duluth and surrounding areas. Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and address them proactively. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement. Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, accurately and promptly. Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations while performing job duties. Proven experience as a field service technician or a similar role. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
