What You'll Do: Under the direction of the Quality Process Engineer, assists in ensuring conformance to internal quality standards with regard to standard assembly and maintenance processes, mandatory/general assembly specifications, final inspection standards, work-in-process standards, and raw material standards. This position will interact with all production departments. Job Duties Include: Know and understand SOP's, quality standards and general operations throughout the plant. Knows how to find and report common defects found in materials. Assist production personnel with documentation and completion of repair process. Effectively communicate quality improvements and expectations with peers and leadership. Responsible for the preparation of New Hire Onboarding program documents and audit paperwork, i.e; SOP's, JIB's, Qualification and Evaluation forms. Lead/Assist in training of new hires on internal quality standards. Lead/Assist daily production teardowns. Responsible for maintaining and communicating the corporate Flame Retardancy (FR) program and standards. Basic Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age. Basic English reading/writing skills. (Preferred) Must possess good communication skills/customer service skills/phone skills/email skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word Must possess Analytical skills Preferred Requirements: 2+ years manufacturing experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
