Your role at Clorox:

Provides strategic leadership as part of the Center Logistics Excellence team – specifically the Digital Transformation Pillar. This Pillar builds interpersonal capability by mentoring and developing digital dexterity through a Digital Transformation journey that Enables Analytics for the Center Logistics Function. When successful, this position will improve service, reduce cost and ultimately drive our technology roadmap. This includes the development/building of reports, performing adhoc business analysis and serve as a Data Steward on our Data Governance journey.

In this role, you will:

Enable Story Telling Tools

  • Drive analytics-driven insights : Harness SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI to craft compelling storytelling tools, unlocking actionable intelligence from data streams. Increase efficiency: Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, to build agile solutions that empower teams to thrive in the digital age.

Drive Transformation by growing Digital Dexterity in preparation of ELEVATE, Vista, and other new technologies and capabilities.

  • Empower interpersonal growth: Develop digital dexterity through transformative coaching, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.

Automate

  • Streamline efficiency: Orchestrate task automation with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), optimizing workflows and freeing resources for critical initiatives.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement.

  • Shown experience with data analytics, particularly using SAP Microsoft Power BI with knowledge of SQL databases and Azure Data Factory

  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Demonstrated experience in using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate) for productivity improvements.

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and drive transformation initiatives.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Communicates technical concepts intended for non-technical recipients.

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing digital dexterity within teams.

  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

  • Consistent track record of successfully implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various groups and levels of the organization.

  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in logistics and digital transformation.

  • Ability to maintain high contribution while traveling up to 25%

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
