Pride Mobility Products Corp. IT & Lean Project Coordinator in Duryea, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 0fa006fa-38c9-473f-bd18-54a979c03589 Description Salary: $51,480 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To coordinate and lead Information Technology (IT) and process improvement projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed upon business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Lead, define, and develop continuous improvement projects designed to improve performance *Identify areas in need of process improvement *Develop project scope, budgets, requirements and schedules to meet project objectives *Act as a liaison between the business and 3rd party vendors *Develop strong working relationships with all functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Distribution *Coordinate efficient communication with all stakeholders throughout the project *Coordinate the roll out of test and production information technology systems releases *Act as a liaison between the business and our Content Management System (CMS) *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Work and communicate effectively with multiple departments as a cross functional team *Facilitate change, often with limited time constraints *Develop and manage multiple project plans and timelines according to project scope Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint *Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Project, Jira or a similar project tracking application *Excellent web navigation skills *Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS *Excellent working knowledge of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system preferred *Basic understanding of Lean Principles preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *At least 5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced working environment *At least 3 years of gathering and documenting complex requirements, scoping and managing the roll out of IT systems

REQUIRED EDUCATION *Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Science or Business related field

PREFERRED EDUCATION *Certified ScrumMaster or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred *Project Management Professional certification preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
