Manager, Product Development The FindLaw Product Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing a group of high-performing Product Development and UX professionals. This manager and team's primary responsibility is to work cross-functionally to support FindLaw's existing legal consumer products; as well as bring new products and capabilities to market. About the Role: In this opportunity as Manager, Product Development, you will: Lead two high-performing teams to achieve key business results while providing exceptional coaching, mentorship and support. Work with Technology Delivery Managers to coordinate and balance resources according to product roadmaps and timelines. Assist with capital tracking, forecasting and reporting. Provide leadership with regular updates. Serve as a liaison between the product management, digital marketing and technology leaders to ensure projects are tracking to schedule Champion new product development best practices and roadmap tools to enhance the current product development process. Remove roadblocks for UX and Product Development teams so that they may be successful in their roles Escalate any project issues or project timeline risks to leadership. Train and lead teams on Agile best practices and tools. Implement and evangelize a consumer first UX design process About You: You're a fit for the role of Manager, Product Development if your background includes Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a combination of the following: Product Development, Product Management, Project Management. Experience with Development and UX tools such as Figma, Ado, and others. Experience in product road-mapping and capital resource management. Experience with project management for web based software development. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, channels, tools, and capabilities (SEO, PPC, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Experience bringing consumer digital products to market is preferred, but not required. #LI-JF1 What's in it For You?
