What You Bring
Ability to develop a strong rapport with our residents and team members
Strong organizational and time-management skills
At least 2 years of multifamily industry experience is required. Yardi and Rent Cafe knowledge is preferred.
Ability to relate to others and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
Aptitude to being solution-oriented
Desire to improve the lives of those around you
Customer service skills
Experience in property management required.
Tax Credit experience preferred.
LIHTC experience Preferred..
