We are a diverse company that distributes and installs a variety of different brands such as Weiland, Brombal, Jeld-Wen, Kolbe, Andersen, La Cantina, Marvin, Centor and others. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated experienced Window & Door Service Technician for Colorado. As a member of our service team, you will be an integral part of our family-oriented company, out in the field repairing a wide variety of window and door products in existing homes and on new construction job sites. Providing outstanding craftsmanship, memorable customer service, and professionalism in all projects. Candidate Preferred skills: Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills Effective troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal/written communications skills Residential glass replacement including single/double pane window glass Residential window/door installation including new construction and retrofit Window/door maintenance, weatherization, and repair Computer literate Daily responsibilities will include: Thoroughly inspect job materials, ensuring the product(s) are the correct size & style, and that there is no obvious product damage or flaws on product(s) required to complete job(s) Load required job materials into installation vehicle(s), including required materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete project. Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding completion of scheduled work. Install all products per manufacturer's instructions Communicate with relevant team members regarding incomplete work, ensuring that any new materials are ordered. Efficient completion of work What it takes: 1-year residential glass installation experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Pass Physical Exam Ability to read tape measures and levels, and to perform basic measurement calculations. Must have clean driving record Technical ability to quickly learn, navigate and effectively use proprietary systems to document and enter data from projects. Professional appearance and ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients is essential. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Adhere to our company policies and procedures, demonstrating our core values, professional, and ethical behavior at all times. Submit to pre-employment testing Drug Screen Travel & Location: Some overnight travel is required, and actual travel times will vary depending on job site location. Location of employment is in Eagle, CO. Work from home is not possible.
