ABOUT YOU
As a Senior Digital Design Manager, you possess advanced technical proficiency in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM), alongside strong project management skills, adeptness in coordinating with design teams and contractors, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You excel in setting and achieving project goals, monitoring metrics to assess ROI, and standardizing BIM workflows across various practices. Your leadership extends to mentoring staff at all levels, ensuring accuracy in BIM models, and overseeing timely project delivery. Ultimately, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the growth and efficiency of one of the world's busiest airports through the strategic integration of VDC/BIM technologies and processes.
What you will do:
Develop and implement VDC/BIM program with defined goals, protocols, and standards; provide training and support to MPA PMs and APMs.
Support model-first project management and construction technology deployment; contribute to KPIs and metrics evaluation for VDC initiatives.
Lead BIM execution plans, standardize workflows across practices, and oversee Civil 3D design work for in-house projects.
Manage BIM maintenance, oversee CAD/Civil 3D drafting, review consultant design drawings, and coordinate timely delivery of as-builts.
WHAT YOU OFFER
5+ years’ experience in Revit and building design/construction or implementing design/construction technologies.
High proficiency in Revit, Revit MEP/Structure, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and Civil 3D.
Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals, partners, and direct reports; extensive knowledge of Autodesk BIM Platforms and project workflows.
Familiarity with contractual delivery methods, GIS, BIM 360/ACC utilization, and Building Condition Assessment concepts.
