Emerson Sales Engineer in East Wenatchee, Washington
If you are an Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow in a sales role, Emerson has an extraordinary position for you based in our East Wenatchee, WA location! You will have the opportunity to work with our Engineering Sales team to meet the unique needs of our customers operating in exciting industries. We manufacture highly accurate, innovative pressure instrumentation, pressure transmitters, temperature probes and sensors for some of the world's most vital and technologically advanced industries.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Use your engineering knowledge to support customers by providing input on the initial product design, ongoing technical support, as well as pre-sale and post-sale activities
Develop and grow a full territory account load for product lines within the oil and gas industry
Assure communication with customers and internal multi-functional team members (including engineering, production, quality, etc.)
Take ownership to understand customer needs and effectively offer product solutions
Support growth initiatives based on customer feedback

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical degree
Two (2) or more years of validated experience
This position may require both domestic and international travel - up to approximately 10%
Must be a U.S. Person – "Per ITAR requirements, an applicant must be a U.S. Person to be eligible for this position. U.S. Persons include individuals who are (1) citizens or nationals of the U.S., (2) lawful permanent residents, (3) admitted as refuges, or (4) are granted asylum in the United States.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
