C.H. Robinson Marketing Manager in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will play a pivotal part in managing day-to-day marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will engage with peers on-site two days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and campaigns for the logistics industry

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and marketing collateral

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand carrier needs, and monitor competitor activities

  • Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

  • Contribute to strategies for improving carrier engagement and retention

  • Organize and manage marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility

  • Stay current on industry trends and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a publicly traded company

  • Travel up to 10% domestically

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications

  • Proven success in developing and executing growth-driven marketing strategies

  • Advanced certifications in marketing or related areas are a plus

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and Financial SaaS products

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven marketing experience

  • Experience in a start-up environment

  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices

  • Knowledge of the logistics industry and carrier needs

  • Ability to motivate and encourage change, achieving positive results in a large, dispersed organization
