Nagwa Social Media Specialist in Nasr City, Egypt

Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join us on our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for setting up and optimizing the company’s accounts within each social media platform to gradually drive customer engagement and website traffic and increase revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the company’s social media marketing road map.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and share daily content (original text, images, and videos) to promote customer engagement

  • Report and analyze the appropriate social media metrics, insights, and the industry’s best practices to improve our social media presence and measure performance

  • Participate in creating content for our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support our marketing objectives

  • Optimize the company’s accounts within each platform to enhance the company’s digital presence

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to meet our marketing objectives

  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends across online platforms to remain up to date with the market insights and best practices in social media

  • Drive community growth and engagement by moderating messages and comments to ensure a positive and interactive online environment that aligns with our brand's values and fosters authentic connections 

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or any relevant field

  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing

  • Ability to present documented experience in social media (provide links of your work)

  • Agency experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in content marketing, theory, and applications

  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.), their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

  • Hands-on experience in social media engagement and monitoring tools
