Job Title: Process Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Process Technician, where you will have the opportunity to set up and operate 300 ton Arburg injection mold machines. You will adjust and monitor various parameters like pressure, feed rates, and temperatures to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, you will perform quality inspections to identify any flash, shorts, or deformations, and work towards on-time completion, quality, and cost targets associated with the implementation of new injection mold machine setups and operations. You will also create necessary procedures, work instructions, and protocols, and engage in activities to improve productivity and reduce scrap/reject rates through automation, tool/process improvements, and effective training of production personnel.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Elgin, Illinois.
Work Environment
The current position is open on third shift, from 10:30pm to 7:00am. However, you will need to be comfortable working on the first shift (7am - 3:30pm) for 2-3 months until you are fully comfortable with the processes. The environment is incredibly nice, clean, and organized.
