Elizabeth School District Lead Teacher Infant Care in Elizabeth, Colorado

POSITION: Lead Teacher Infant Care

DUTIES: * Plans and implements the infant curriculum. * Creates an enriching classroom environment. * Evaluates the progress of students. * Conducts Parent Teacher Conferences three times per year. * Consults and collaborates with appropriate specialists regarding children with special needs. * Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. * Collects and enters data for state/district reporting systems.

REQUIREMENTS: * High school graduate or equivalent * Group Leader Qualified

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of infant/preschool children and child development * 1-3 years experience * Is flexible * Has the ability to work co-operatively with supervisors and co-workers * Maintains a positive attitude * Has read the employee handbook to familiarize themselves with pertinent policies * Observes all district policies and procedures

WAGE: $19.00-$23.40/hour

SHIFTS: 8-hour days/180 Contract Days
