Elizabeth School District Social Worker in Elizabeth, Colorado
POSITION: Social Worker
DUTIES: * Evaluate students in areas appropriate to licensure and training: cognitive, behavioral, social, emotional, and academic * Provide social, emotional, behavioral intervention services * Communicate and collaborate with parents, students, staff, and others relative to student behavioral and achievement goals, interventions, and progress monitoring * Support individual and school wide safety, including crisis response, prevention, and intervention * Stay current on knowledge of various legal requirements related to students with disabilities * Participate in various professional growth activities and opportunities * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
REQUIREMENTS: * Master s Degree * Endorsement from the Colorado Department of Education or Temporary Teacher Eligibility, to be complete in the time allotted by CDE. * Clinical experience preferred
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
WAGE: $65,000-$81,800.00/annually
SHIFTS: 8-hour days/186 contract days
