Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a multi-craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be working on CNC Brake presses, turretts, lasers, powder coating, tube mills, and shears. This role is perfectly suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always ready to hit the ground running. If you have a strong mechanical experience, basic electrical troubleshooting skills, and PLC troubleshooting capabilities, we would love to hear from you.

Hard Skills

  • Mechanical troubleshooting

  • Preventative maintenance

  • Minimal Electrical experience

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ELKHART, Indiana.

Work Environment

This position is a 1st shift role, working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You can expect to work around 40 hours per week. Our facility has a familial atmosphere and is meticulously clean - so clean you could almost eat off the floor! We're a midsized team, with 85-90 people working in our 400,000 square foot facility.
