Records Management: Maintain and organize all city records, including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other official documents.Meeting Coordination: Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other materials for City Council meetings and other official city meetings.Public Records: Manage requests for public records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.Elections: Oversee municipal elections, including voter registration, ballot preparation, and certification of results.Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations concerning public records and open meetings.Customer Service: Provide assistance to the public and city staff regarding inquiries and requests related to city records and official documents.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Mayor, City Council, and City Manager as needed.
