Job Description
Perform minor adjustments, repairs, and inspections to equipment and facilities in a timely manner to customer satisfaction. Execute preventative maintenance and successfully complete work orders.
Responsibilities

Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
Complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction with maintenance services.
Essential Skills
2+ years of Facilities Maintenance experience
Ability to execute preventative maintenance tasks
Experience completing work orders
General maintenance knowledge
HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical skills
Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Carpentry skills
Experience with hand tools and blueprints
Knowledge of pneumatics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Work Order experience
Hospital/Commercial maintenance experience
Strong customer service skills

Work Environment
This role takes place at the Einstein Elkins Park location. The team consists of 7-10 individuals within various trades, working in a smaller rehabilitation hospital. The position operates on a 1st shift, Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with rotating weekends every 4 weeks. Employees will have 2 or 3 days off during the week depending on the schedule, averaging out to 40 hours per week.
