This | | | position will cover several | | | counties in the catchment area. | | | Previous supervisory experience | | | and/or experience working with | | | individuals with intellectual and | | | developmental disabilities | | | preferred. We are seeking an | | | ambitious, positive and studious | | | supervisor that can demonstrate | | | leadership ability while managing | | | multiple projects and completing | | | assigned tasks on schedule. | | | | | | Position is Monday through | | | Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. | | | This position will also have some | | | weekend responsibilities, | | | including supervision checks and | | | filling in for residential staff | | | when needed. | | | | | | For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental | | | Healthcare Resources has served | | | individuals throughout the Pine | | | Belt. Ensures | | | targets are reached for | | | existing and new service | | | delivery. | | | - Increases collaboration with | | | support coordination and | | | targeted case management. | | | - Makes presentations to | | | outside agencies as needed to | | | increase public awareness of | | | services. | | | - Oversees the day program and | | | residential supervisors in | | | the assigned counties.
