This is a job for a Safety Coordinator position with the company located in Ellisville, MS area.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management. You will maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation in compliance with company procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including preparing reports. You will work with a collaborative team to aid and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management. This position supports administering, maintaining, and training on HSE programs such as LOTO, Hazard Communication, EAP, Hearing Conservation, Hot Work, Respiratory Protection, etc. In this position, you will observe and model the safe culture, but adhering to all safety requirements, and proactively working with leaders and employees to promote a Safety-First culture.

Qualifications: You will possess a Minimum High School Diploma or GED, and 5+ years of related experience. You must have an Associate Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences preferred or minimum of 2 years' experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety position. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position requires exceptional Organizational skills. It is preferred that you have technical writing experience.
