Human Resources Internship15-25 Hours per weekflexible work schedule

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. Duties to include the following:

  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR matters.

  • Filing documents and answering employee inquiries.

  • Scheduling interviews.

  • Assisting in organizing company events.

  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources or a related field

  • Prior experience working in an office &/or manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of labor laws.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

Compensation: $17-$20 per hour.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, education (if requirement noted above), geographic location, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
