About the role Our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team handles over three million queries across five global contact centres from LEGO fans every year and we respond to consumers in over 22 different countries.From building tips and advice on the latest sets, to troubleshooting and tracking down rare parts, we cover a huge range of topics, which makes every day totally different.Starting salary is $41,800.00 per year (plus some benefits) and the role is fixed-term until the end of January 2025. A full 6-week training will be given, and we also offer a wide range of shift times.Our Customer Service Advisors are required to work two days in the office each week and we’ll provide you with all the equipment you need to work remotely. Main responsibilities

  • Engage with our customers across our various channels including phone, email, or live chat.

  • Connect with our customers in a fun and engaging way to help build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with them.

  • Assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently using the latest CRM tools.

  • Work one weekend day, every other weekend (on rotation) from 10:00am EST - 6:15pm EST.

  • You will be required to work on days that are critical to the business during our busiest season, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday to help our most loyal fans.​ (You may also be scheduled to work on company holidays to support high volumes during our peak season.)

  • Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.

  • Prioritise and multitask to meet our customers’ expectations.
