National Account Manager - Private Haematology

Location – Field Based / Office Based – 2 Days Remote

Hybrid Role – 6 months Payor/Marketing role to develop into a National Key Account Position. As such there will be flexibility on Sales/Marketing profiles considered.

Opportunity:

Join the Johnson & Johnson team as a National Account Manager Private Haematology and be part of our innovative and world-class Haematology/Oncology Commercial team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping and implementing the promotional brand and portfolio strategy for novel Haematology therapies.

You will balance your time between promotional customer interactions and supporting marketing activities at our headquarters, based on the stage of the product lifecycle, collaborating across different functions.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Facing:

  • Serve as a national expert on our promotional therapies, working with key customers and sites to support personalized care

  • Identify and develop relevant networks in the Haematology therapy area

  • Engage with clinicians, focusing on private practice, to optimally communicate the value of our therapies and facilitate patient pathways and referrals

  • Work together to plan and carry out promotional activities and projects in the field, taking advantage of opportunities within the therapy area.

  • Enhance customer and patient experience across treatment pathways

  • Contribute to solid and actionable account plans as an active member of cross-functional account management teams

Marketing:

  • Provide input into the positioning of our Multiple Myeloma portfolio

  • Support the Core Value Team in strategy and tactical plan development

  • Develop key opinion leaders to strengthen J&J IM's leadership in Haematology

  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate the progress of projects, seeking ways for ongoing improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the industry and an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Applying analytical skills to drive informed decision-making

  • Customer-centric and externally focused

  • Effective collaboration with external and internal networks through personal and digital channels

  • Accountability and excellence in execution

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing

  • Understanding of the healthcare environment and the pharmaceutical industry

  • Preferred ABPI qualification

Who You'll Be Working With:

Initially reporting to the Commercial Director, you will closely collaborate with the Marketing Lead, Medical Lead, Head of Private, and Extended Field team. Following product launch, the reporting line will change to the Field Sales and Access team.
