Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team.
The selected individual will be part of a team responsible for the assembly and fabrication of medical ultrasound devices using advanced manufacturing processes and technology.
This role requires performing a variety of manual assembly operations under a microscope using small hand tools, fixtures, and basic electronic test equipment.
Shift: The work schedule is a 1st shift with 4 10-hour shifts every other week:
5:30am-2:00pm (Monday-Friday) or
5:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Thursday)
Pay: $22-24/hr (depending on experience)
Hard Skills
Applicable assembly, technical, repair and troubleshooting experience
Ability to follow technical instructions and understand technical terms
Strong mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of mechanical concepts
Ability to manually assemble parts using a microscope and hand tools
Soft Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision
Good problem solving, troubleshooting, critical thinking and creative thinking skills
Ability to work for long periods of time in a seated position
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Centennial, Colorado.
Work Environment
The work is normally performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is limited.
Noise level is moderately loud and includes sounds of a normal manufacturing environment.
Chemicals (coolants, solvents, adhesives, primers, mold release) are used in the manufacturing area.
Exposure is limited due to the use of PPE and ventilation.
This role requires frequent contact with all levels of employees and management.
