Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our team focuses on using advanced analytics to create the strategies that retain and engage DISH and Sling customers. Our analysts have a huge impact on the performance of the broader business. Here’s what you can do with DISH:
Key Responsibilities:
With a focus on optimizing equipment utilization and customer engagement, develop and drive strategic initiatives using a project management mindset (data gathering, analysis, recommendation, implementation, performance reporting)
Leverage advanced analytics modeling to drive project initiatives and contribute as a key consultant to stakeholders through top-tier storytelling
A highly visible role that provides sound recommendations to company executives, including the business unit President
Own, develop, and report subscriber forecasts and for subscriber profitability
Think creatively, be proactive, and take ownership to drive cash flow and engagement, while reducing subscriber churn for DISH and Sling
Become an expert in the DISH and Sling businesses, using creativity and business understanding to generate bold ideas and put them into practice

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (4-year) with an interest that demonstrates logical thinking
Master’s Degree in a relevant field a plus (exp. Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics)
4+ years experience in a data-driven analytics or strategy role
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience building models, forecasts, budgets, and dynamic reports with SQL, Tableau, and Excel that provide meaningful direction and insight
Strong quantitative skills, with demonstrated success working with large datasets; capable of driving actionable recommendations
Experience preparing and delivering presentations tailored for a specific audience
Strength in written and verbal communication; interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent project management and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
