Robert Half Outside Sales Manager in Englewood, Colorado

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Sales role in Englewood, Colorado. This role is within the telecom provider industry with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales capacity and targeting repeat customers.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and leverage potential increases in capacity, including through digital and direct mail channels

• Utilize previous sales experience to build relationships, understand processes, and manage sales pipelines

• Utilize HubSpot CRM to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the product to effectively sell it to targeted customers

• Focus on achieving sales from existing clients for long term business growth

• Leverage B2B sales skills to expand and enhance business relationships

• Maintain a customer-focused approach, prioritizing relationship building for long term upsides.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Outside Sales or relevant role

• Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot

• Familiarity with B2B sales principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to deliver engaging presentations

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field would be advantageous

• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changes in the market or industry

• Strong ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
