Description We are opening the doors for a experienced Tax Manager to join our team in the CPA industry, situated in Englewood, Colorado. This role primarily revolves around managing tax-related functions in a public setting, and it requires proficiency in various accounting software systems and ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients

• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships

• Pledge a continuous assessment of our clients’ needs and expectations

• Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards

• Maintain and manage a thorough understanding of the client's business environment and strategy

• Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients

• Keep abreast of latest developments and the firm's standards and policies

• Keep abreast of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position

• Provide valuable services that address the client's business objectives

• Attract and retain valuable employees, develop and maintain a strong and sustainable team environment. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public CPA firm

• Expertise in accounting software systems

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of accounting functions

• Extensive experience in auditing

• Proven track record in compliance

• Knowledge of entity formation

• Expertise in income tax accounting

• Experience in corporate tax return preparation and filing
