About Us: Snow College is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our students. Our Ephraim Campus is seeking an Admissions Processing Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our students while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description: The Admissions Processing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the admissions process at our West Campus in Ephraim, Utah. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Docs, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.

Major Responsibilities/Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers with inquiries.
• Scan and organize sensitive documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to emails from prospective students and parents in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize CRM software to manage student information and inquiries.
• Proficiently use Docs, Excel, Teams, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
• Assemble and distribute inquiry and welcome packets to prospective students.
• Maintain office organization and ensure a tidy workspace.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the admissions team.
